Raw Love, Tulum

A couple weeks ago we returned to Tulum, Mexico for a little bit of sun and a much needed escape from the cold. Last time we were there, we discovered one of our favorite places, the most wonderful restaurant with an exclusively raw yet incredibly delicious menu.

Raw Love Cafe, the perfect location for a morning caffeine rush, a healthy lunch, or an afternoon pick me up.

For better or worse, Tulum has gotten much more “Instamgram-able.” And Raw Love is no exception. It’s now marked from the road by a giant structure.

And the pathway contains oversized dream catchers, encouraging a pic and a post.

But the food and drinks are just as good and just as healthy.

So good that we went back for refreshing beverages,

Tasty lunches,

And afternoon smoothies and sweet treats.

Despite the changes on the front, the restaurant still maintains its normal, peaceful ambiance.

A place where you can stick your toes in the stand and sit under a shady tree.

It doesn’t hurt that the walk there along the beach looks like this.

      1. My pleasure, I do enjoy your writing.

I’ve long wanted to go to Mexico but not the really touristy places like Cancun so somewhere like Tulum looks ideal.

      2. Tulum should be your spot then! About a two hour drive from the Cancun airport past and beyond the mega-resorts.

      3. That sounds ideal. I shall definitely be looking into it further now, thanks to you good people.
